Audience Import Formatting

To import successfully, your file must have the following headers in this order:

• Phone

• Email
• First Name 
• Last Name
• Zip Code 
• Note 
• Tags

** 📱The phone number is the only required field for importing, but you can add these additional fields if you'd like.

** 🏷️ Tags must appear in the Tags column, with multiple tags separated by commas. 

** 📂 The file must also be formatted as a CSV, XLSX, or ODS and cannot exceed 100MB. 

Our system will also run validations on the provided phone numbers and will reject a subscriber from the import if one of the following criteria fails: 

• Missing (no phone number provided)
• Invalid phone number format
• Not an SMS-enabled mobile device
• Number is already subscribed
• Number has unsubscribed

Once your file is ready to go, complete your import with these steps!
