As a Subtext client, you own the user-data collected and you can export it at any time.
To export your subscriber data, simply navigate to the Subscriber tab.
In the top right you'll see a kebab with a drop down menu. Click that and choose the format you want to export the data in.
This export will give you all kinds of insight into your audience, from their tags, to sign-up behavior, and how often they are texting you back.
