Sending out your first text can be a bit intimidating, but don't worry! We're here to help you game plan the best approach for your channel.
First, decide what you want your text to say
To begin, simply start typing in your copy for your text. There is a 640 character limit per text, reflected in a counter you'll see in the bottom righthand corner.
You can also add emojis to your text by right-clicking or navigating to the bottom left corner and clicking on the emoji symbol. π
Can I add attachments to my text? π
You can absolutely attach files to your broadcast! At the bottom of the new broadcast screen, you will see the paperclip icon where you can click to add your attachments.
Couple specifications to note:
- Attachment Size: Max 1GB for photos and videos
- If a subscriber has your contact card saved, the media will be delivered in line with the text as a wrapped Subtext link. See below for preview β¬οΈ
Can I add links to my text? π
You can absolutely add links to your broadcast! And better yet, we can help you make them branded Subtext short links!
