How to send a “templated” response to FAQs

Save yourself time by creating and using general responses to common questions.

If you get the same question a lot and want to use a pre-written response then you can create what we call “Templates” which can then be available at your fingertips.

On the left hand side of your “Inbox” tab you’ll see Templates at the bottom of the list of choices. This is where you can create/edit/delete templates.

Once you have templates created, at the lower-left hand side of when you’re writing a response to a reader, the “Template” icon will appear next to the clip-icon to upload documents. This is where you can select and place the template response you want to use.
