Why text emojis?

Emojis 😃 are a powerful marketing tool to help your messages stick with your audience. Not only will it increase engagement, but it will make your messaging personal.

Here’s what you need to know about getting started

1. For all campaigns, you must notify a Subtext team member to enable sending emojis in broadcasts. The feature is defaulted to ”off” until you tell us you want it enabled.
2. All campaigns (whether emojis are enabled or disabled) will are able to send and receive emojis in direct messages.
3. MMS pricing (.02) applies to outbound broadcasts using emoji’s
