Introducing the Audience Tab, our newest tab where you can easily access your audience data and use this information to help enhance their Subtext journey.
Let's Begin
You'll find the Audience tab next to the Broadcast tab in your dashboard. Once you click on the tab, you'll first see a menu of options on the lefthand side.

From here, you can sort through your audience data based on different criteria.
The Subscriber section
In this section you'll find information at the subscriber level, meaning you can individually search for each subscriber based on the information you collect from them at sign-up. (i.e phone number, name, email)

**You can also download all the information from the subscriber section by navigating to the kebab in the top righthand corner of the section. This export will even show you which tags are associated with each individual subscriber!

The Tag Section
Our new tag section makes it easier than ever to see all your existing tags!

In this section, you can see a complete list of all your existing tags and the number of subscribers that are currently opted into each tag.
Tag management
You can also manage your tags more effectively in this section, including the ability to:
- Create new tags
- Delete tags
- Rename tags
Creating a new tag
To create a new tag, start by clicking on the plus sign next to the search bar on the tag page.

A pop-up window will then appear where you can type in the new tag that you'd like to create.

Once you've input your tag name, simply hit create tag and the new tag will appear in your tag list.
Delete/Rename Tags
To delete or rename a tag, all you need to do is navigate to and click on the kebab menu on the righthand side of the desired tag. From here, a dropdown menu will appear that will allow you to either delete or rename the tag.
The Location Section
Lastly, we have our location section that allows you to easily view the geographic breakdown of your audience.

The geographic zones will be first displayed on a country level, and then can be further broken down for the US by clicking on the US tab. From here, you'll be able to view how many subscribers are in each state/zip code.
