The Reports Tab
You can access auto-generated downloadable monthly data from your host dashboard on the first of every month. 📃
The following data is available in the reports tab:
- Broadcast report includes the date/time of publish, copy, engagement rate, keywords and selected audience
- Links report includes the date/time of publish, published shortlink, # of clicks, CTR of link
*This data is only available if you are using Subtext branded links. We can’t track click through rates if you are using your own branded links. - Subscribers report includes the subscriber totals for beginning and end of the month, number of daily/weekly
- Tags report includes the tag name, date of creation, % of audience opted into each tag
To access these reports, simply click on the kebab menu on the righthand side of each report and select which format you'd like to download.
The Analytics Tab
Looking for a quick overview of your channel? The Analytics tab is where you’ll find it!
This tab provides a 7-day screen shot of all activity in your campaign from your churn rate to engagement rate.
*Special Notes
- Host Response Rate: The rate at which you, the host, respond to your subscribers.
- Engagement Rate: The rate at which your subscribers respond to your messages.
There is no good or bad rate! Everyone uses the platform differently and these numbers will reflect whether you are chatting to your subscriber one-to-one or if you are simply texting out breaking news.
