Sequences are a series of time-released automated messages to help optimize outreach and encourage action.
These messages can be formatted directly in your dashboard and are sent out to subscribers at pre-determined cadences following their sign-up date...automatically. Yes, automatically!
By activating a sequence cued by a subscriber's sign-up date, you can ensure your audience never misses your CTA.
Creating Sequences
- Within the Campaign Tab, select Sequences on the left sidebar.
- Click the plus button to create a new sequence.
- Enter a sequence name and select a message interval.
- In the automated text box, fill out the first text box with the copy of the first message you'd like to be sent in a sequence.
- Click add new text and repeat this process for the number of texts desired in the sequence.
- Once all texts are filled out, click save draft to finish preparing the sequence without activating. Or click save and activate sequence to activate the sequence now for all future subscribers.
*Note: If another sequence is already active, you will be prompted with the option to deactivate or terminate the sequence. See below:
Hosts may configure and save multiple sequences, but only one sequence can be active at a time.
