      What are the limitations of auto-reply triggers?

      Auto-reply triggers have the same limitations as tags. In short:

      • All alphanumeric strings are allowed, with no minimum or maximum length
      • Prompts are not case sensitive
      • Dash, underscore, and space are allowed
      • All other special characters are disallowed, including emojis (#@!& etc.)
      • Protected SMS commands are disallowed (HELP, STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, etc)
