Subscribers will receive your auto-reply messages whenever they send a text that exactly matches an existing ‘trigger’ word/phrase.
Example: The Host sends out a broadcast asking fans “What questions do you have for me today? Text ‘favorite color’, ‘favorite quote’, or ‘favorite movie’ to learn more about me!”
Trigger: “favorite color”
Auto-reply body: “Blue is my favorite color, what’s yours?”
A subscriber who texts “favorite color” will receive that auto-reply response immediately.
In this same example, a subscriber who texts “I’m wondering what your favorite color is” would not receive the auto-reply, since it doesn’t exactly match the set trigger phrase.
