1. Host Portal
  2. Navigating the dashboard

Let’s start with the New Broadcast Tab

Simply put, this is where you text!

Once you log into the dashboard and click on your campaign, you’ll see the New Broadcast button in your menu bar at the top right.

Preview Your Broadcast 👁️

Once you've completed formatting your texts, you can preview a broadcast by clicking the “eye”  icon on the bottom right of the broadcast editor. This will show you exactly what your text will look like on both an iOS and android device.

The Contact Card

For any broadcast you have the option to attach your contact card to the broadcast. Your contact card is automatically sent out with your welcome message, but we always recommend attaching it to a broadcast every few months just to make sure all your subscribers are saving it!

Save, Send, Schedule

After you have finished crafting your broadcast, you have the following options:

  • Save it: If you save a broadcast, it can be found later in your broadcast tab under “Drafts.” You can click into it to edit it again.
  • Send it: If you click the send button, the text will send, and you’ll be brought back to the main “Broadcast” tab where the broadcast you were working on will be sorted accordingly.

  • Schedule it: You can schedule your texts in advance! If you navigate to the bottom right corner and click the calendar symbol, you’ll pull up the scheduling calendar.

From here, you can select the date and time you’d like your broadcast to be sent out.

*The scheduler will schedule for the time zone the computer is in when scheduling the broadcast. I.E If you are in EST when scheduling the broadcast, the message will go out in EST.
