You can segment your audience in a few different ways or just send the broadcast to everyone. Here are the options.
Through the “Send To” dropdown in the broadcast composer you can select one of three options, listed below.
All Subscribers
This is the default option. Use this option to send a broadcast to your entire audience of currently active subscribers.
Audience Segment (Subscribers can match any tag)
With this audience type selected, your broadcast will only be sent to your campaign’s currently active subscribers who have opted into at least one of the audience tags you specify. For instance, if you specified the tags coffee, new york, and weekend for your broadcast:

Audience Segment (Subscribers must match all tags)
Use this option to create highly targeted broadcasts. With this audience type selected, your broadcast will only be sent to your campaign’s currently active subscribers who have opted into all of the audience tags you specify. For instance, if you specified the tags coffee, new york, and weekend for your broadcast:
